1. When using a hydraulic pump without pressure compensation (maximum pressure regulation), an overflow valve must be installed at the side proximal end of the outlet of the hydraulic pump  to regulate the maximum pressure in the oil line.
2. Use warning of hydraulic pump/hydraulic motor: before starting the system with hydraulic pump/hydraulic motor, make sure that the oil circuit and wiring are correct and that no parts are loose.In particular, check the connection between the assembly and the solenoid valve.Energize each solenoid valve and confirm the action of each designated solenoid valve;The system must be started at the pressure control device including the relief valve setting, and the reduced pressure is validated by the pressure gauge.After determining that the operation conditions are met, start normal operation and check that the rotating pressure keeps the correct value;Do not operate the hydraulic pump/motor while the shield is removed.Do not touch the rotating part without paying attention to your own clothes or accessories to avoid rolling into the rotating part.Instruments can also be used to confirm that the equipment is not running.The equipment should be started after eliminating the fault caused by improper installation or the blocking problem caused by overload;When first checking or changing the oil route from the oil port to the tank, or when starting the hydraulic pump/motor after a long shutdown, add clean hydraulic oil to the tank and turn the pump repeatedly until the hydraulic oil can be reliably inhaled.Although this does not pump oil, but will be out of the distribution pipe (through the exhaust valve, etc.) of air.Once the foam or hydraulic oil is discharged from the exhaust plug, or the operation sound of the hydraulic pump is abnormal, the exhaust plug should be closed and kept running for 5 minutes without loading.Start the hydraulic motor under low load to ensure stable rotation and correct steering.Operate the oil pump within the specified pressure range and confirm that the discharge pipe pressure of the hydraulic pump/motor is within the specified range;When the hydraulic pump operation sound abnormal, there may be cavitation.Check the oil level of the oil tank, whether the suction filter or filter is blocked or whether the suction pipe is loose.Special care should be taken to see if the fluid pressure fluctuation during start/stop or speed transfer is within the allowable range (failure may occur if operating noise is abnormal).The most important thing is to remember the normal operating noise in order to find the abnormal operation immediately.If the hydraulic pump/hydraulic motor is found to be abnormal, such as abnormal noise, abnormal heat, abnormal vibration, oil leakage, smoke or odor, shut down immediately and take necessary measures.It is suggested to install sensors to check the abnormality, so as to avoid damage, starting and injury accidents.
3. Hydraulic oil management;The hydraulic fluid level shall be maintained within the manufacturer's recommended range for operation within the circulation structure.Check the filter regularly and keep the hydraulic oil at a certain level.Then periodically check the oxidation characteristics of the hydraulic oil, the deterioration of the water content of the oil, when exceeding the standard should be replaced with hydraulic oil;Before replacing the hydraulic oil type for use, the original hydraulic oil should be fully cleaned to avoid the mixing of different types of oil.
4. Maintenance of hydraulic system of metal baler, metal shears, metal chip press, etc. -- refitting, assembling and dismantling of equipment is prohibited.Otherwise, the abnormal operation cannot be shown and the cause of the fault or abnormal;Please contact your supplier if you need to refit, install or disassemble equipment.The dustproof treatment requirements should be met and the dustproof characteristics of the product should be considered. Attention should be paid to the environmental conditions, such as ambient temperature and humidity, etc. When the hydraulic pump/hydraulic motor is sealed for a long time before use, sometimes the seal should be replaced.
